Give 3 ml per 100 kg(≃ 15 to 20 ml/d) outside meals, directly into the mouth using a syringe after shaking the bottle (doses can be doubled). Start 24 to 48 hours before the event and continue during the competition. For racing: start 5 days before the race and be sure to respect the racing code for stopping.
