BERIS Tandem Prime Bit

The integrated oval washers, which are carefully shaped to connect to the centrepiece, prevent the lips from being pinched and strengthen the lateral grip of the bit.

The Tandem bit is used with one pair of reins.

It develops pressure on the muzzle, the lower jaw branches and the neck.

By pulling harder on the reins, the rider even gets a slight lifting effect of the bit.

This bit is particularly suitable for horses that are too sensitive to withstand the effect of a real bit in the mouth, but which cannot be ridden with a hackamore either.
